At The Bunnie Kollection, we prioritize quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Due to the nature of raw hair and lace products, all returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused, unworn, and unaltered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Lace must be uncut
• Hair must not be installed, washed, colored, bleached, or plucked
• Product must remain in original condition and packaging

Please note: For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been altered or used in any way.
