Due to the nature of raw hair and lace products, all closure returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused, unworn, and unaltered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Lace must be uncut
• Hair must not be installed, washed, colored, bleached, or plucked
• Product must remain in original condition and packaging

Please note: For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any closure that has been altered or used in any way.
